Operative Hires Hans Fischmann as Vice President of Product Strategy, MVPD Market

Fischmann will provide strategic advice to better serve Operative’s customers and help scale AOS in the MVPD market. AOS, a technology platform for advertising, is built with a modern cloud-based architecture that simplifies the buying and selling process by uniting traditional linear television with digital assets.

Most recently, Fischmann was Vice President of Product Management at Xandr and brings to Operative extensive experience marketing advanced linear, OTT and addressable advertising for media sales organizations such as Xandr, DirecTV and Spectrum. Reporting directly to Andrew Sullivan, Senior Vice President of Product Strategy at Operative, Fischmann will provide product strategy related to optimizing the buy-side and sell-side operational processes of premium video advertising.
