The Newsroom Product Development and Management program is now accepting applications from journalists in the Asia-Pacific region.

This international, online, tuition-free program trains small newsroom journalists in digital transformation through product thinking. It is offered by the J+ division of Newmark J-School, the News Product Alliance and the Google News Initiative.

This training is designed for journalists and staff in small to medium-sized local newsrooms, who have little or no experience in product development and management, but who want to adopt a product approach to better meet the needs information to their audiences and find new paths to sustainability. .

The program consists of weekly online training sessions led by product managers from around the world covering every phase of product development and management in a topical context. It is designed for journalists in small and medium-sized local news organizations who want to take a product approach to better serve their audiences and find new paths to sustainability.
