Miami – Army veteran Niurka Castaneda recently released her new innovation-based business book “From Idea to Implementation” on her website and Amazon.
In her new book, she encompasses all the steps needed to take an idea or product from concept to launch. Niurka captured the entire design process. It details how to take an idea, develop it strategically with unique resources and imagination, and finally bring it to market. From Idea to Implementation presents the entire design process and teaches how to successfully transition from the conceptual level to mass production.
Niurka grew up in Cuba. A year after arriving in the United States, she joined the army. She served on active duty and in the National Guard as well as a position as a defense contractor. His education, combined with his military skills and more than 20 years in the field of logistics, supply chain, management and product development, sparked the idea of founding his company AMOR Umbrella, then to launch his own Veteran Focus TV show called AUTV (AMOR umbrella TV).
